Mandatory Rules/Calcutta Banquet:
*Tournament Registration will be at the Hot Spot Party Room ONLY. No registrations allowed on tournament day.
*Calcutta starts at 5:30PM. The Rules meeting will follow the Calcutta. Rules meeting is required.
*AT LEAST ONE TEAM MEMBER MUST BE PRESENT at the Rules meeting to qualify for the Tournament.
*50/50 Raffle. $20 for “full wing span" of tickets. 50% cash goes to the winner. 50% cash goes to the KWPT. (Winner determined after tournament fishing on Sunday)
*Two pizza buffets and four beer tickets included with each team registration. Additional Pizza buffet and 2
beer tickets can be purchased for S10/person.
*If one team member cannot attend, the attending team member can bring a team guest. The team guest can use the buffet and beer tickets of the non attending
team member.
* We will have limited quantities of beer. You may bring your own alcohol/beer. Alcohol/beer cannot leave the Hot Spot Party Room. Any alcohol purchased at Raymonos Pizza may not leave Raymonos Pizza. You must be 21 years old to purchase/consume alcohol. IDs will be checked.
Tournament Details:
*Two People per Team. Each participant must be legally allowed to fish in Nebraska.
*A maximum of 5 crappie and 5 bluegill per team.
*No frozen fish will be weighed!
*Standard plastic buckets with water or the “Ice Well Live Well'" brand live wells are allowed to keep fish from freezing. No other live wells, nets, or baskets are allowed.
*Must fish within 5 paces of your team mate at all times
*Must stay 5 paces away from any other team
*No motorized vehicles of any type on the ice
*NO LIVE BAIT FISH (Lake Regulation). DEAD bait fish is allowed.
*Check in will be at the east boat ramp at 5:30am
*Must be checked in and ready to fish by 6:45am
*Release forms must be signed by each Team Member by 6:45AM (most will sign night before). Anglers under 18
must have legal guardian sign the release. A copy of the release can be sent by email prior to tournament day if legal guardian will not be present for registration.
*Pre-fishing is allowed before tournament day. No pre-fishing on day of tournament.
*CASH ONLY! $50 per team for tournament fee (+S20 per team for mandatory rules meeting).
*20% of all tournament fees will
be paid to the KWPT. 100% of remaining tournament fees will be payed out to winners. 1" Place 50% payout,
2nd Place 30% payout, 3rd Place 20%
*$10 optional side pot. 20% of pot goes to the KWPT. 100% of remaining pot paid out to top 3 teams who bought in. 1st Place 50% payout, 2d Place 30% payout, 3rd place 20% payout.
*Caleutta. 20% of calcutta pot will be paid to the KWPT. 100% of remaining Calcutta pot will be payed out to winning team purchased in Calcutta. 1st Place 50% payout, 2nd Place 30% payout, 3rd Place 20% payout.
*Boy Scout Troop 110 will be selling hot food and drinks on the ice during fishing times. BRING EXTRA CASH for the side pots, raffle, and food!!

Read and understand the release of liability. You must sign a copy of this release on tournament day before you are allowed to participate.
ICE FISHING TOURNAMENT RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the above mentioned fishing tournament, its related events, and associated activities, I, being of at least 18 years of age, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this tournament are significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the tournament organizers immediately; and,
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE tournament organizers, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the activity ("Releasees"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I hereby testify that I have made all of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin aware of all risks associated with this tournament, and they have given me their consent that I sign this release on their behalf.
FOR GUARDIANS OF PARTICIPANTS OF MINORITY AGE (UNDER AGE 18 AT TIME OF REGISTRATION) This is to certify that I, as a guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree to his/her release as provided above of all the Releasees, and, for myself, my child and our heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liabilities incident to my minor child's involvement or participation in these programs as provided above, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
